ITOps Intelligence™ is a publishing imprint of TMG Global Service, Inc. We publish the ITOps Intelligence™ executive IT operations book series and provide related consulting advisory services to state government and private sector organizations.

We do not use analytics platforms, tracking pixels, social media widgets, or advertising networks. We do not collect payment card information — all transactions are handled by third-party processors (Amazon KDP, Gumroad, Printful) under their own privacy policies.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

For individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are:

We use only one cookie: a cookie consent preference stored in your browser's localStorage to remember whether you have accepted or declined optional analytics cookies. No analytics cookies are currently deployed.

We do not use third-party cookies, advertising cookies, or social media tracking pixels. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google may log font requests; see Google's privacy policy for details.

Email service providers — if we send you emails, they are processed by our email infrastructure provider. No marketing platform currently deployed.
Third-party platforms — purchases made on Amazon KDP, Gumroad, or Printful are processed by those platforms under their own terms and privacy policies.
Legal requirements — we may disclose information where required by law, court order, or government authority.
Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred as a business asset, with notice provided.

7. Data retention

Waitlist and newsletter emails — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Consulting inquiry data — retained for 3 years from last contact, or as required by law.
Server logs — retained for 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
Cookie consent record — stored in your browser until you clear it.

8. Your rights — GDPR (EEA/UK)

10. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, Content Security Policy headers, input validation and sanitization, anti-CSRF protections, and server-level security headers. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

11. Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 for EEA residents). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@itopsintelligence.com.

12. International data transfers

Our website is hosted in the United States. If you access our website from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. By using our website, you acknowledge this transfer. We take appropriate steps to ensure your information receives adequate protection.
