Accessibility Statement
Our commitment: TMG Global Service, Inc. is committed to making itopsintelligence.com accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We target Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification.
Conformance status
itopsintelligence.com substantially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508, with known exceptions (see below). "Substantially conforms" means the site meets the standard across most content, while some items remain in remediation. The following measures have been implemented across all pages:
Perceivable
- ✓ PASS All non-text content has text alternatives (alt text, aria-label)

- ✓ PASS aria-invalid set on fields with validation errors
Robust
- ✓ PASS Valid HTML5 with proper semantic structure
- ✓ PASS ARIA roles and landmarks used correctly (main, nav, footer, contentinfo)
- ✓ PASS ARIA labels on all interactive elements without visible text labels
- ✓ PASS Breadcrumb navigation uses nav landmark with aria-label
- ✓ PASS Scroll progress bar uses progressbar role with aria-valuenow
- ✓ PASS aria-current="page" on active navigation links

Known exceptions
We are transparent about areas still in remediation toward full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance:
- Third-party embeds (e.g., the bot-protection widget and checkout flows) are governed by their vendors' accessibility posture, which we monitor but do not directly control.
- Decorative brand accents and low-emphasis micro-labels are being audited and adjusted on a rolling basis to meet contrast minimums at every size.
- Some longer-form legal and reference pages are undergoing a heading- and reading-order review.
These items are tracked and addressed on a continuous basis. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us using the contact details below and we will prioritize it.
