Accessibility Statement

Our commitment: TMG Global Service, Inc. is committed to making itopsintelligence.com accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We target Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification.

Conformance status

itopsintelligence.com substantially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508, with known exceptions (see below). "Substantially conforms" means the site meets the standard across most content, while some items remain in remediation. The following measures have been implemented across all pages:

  • ✓ PASS No content flashes more than 3 times per second
  • ✓ PASS Animations respect prefers-reduced-motion media query

Operable

  • ✓ PASS Skip navigation link provided (WCAG 2.4.1)
  • ✓ PASS All functionality available by keyboard
  • ✓ PASS Focus visible on all interactive elements (3px navy outline)
  • ✓ PASS All interactive elements minimum 44×44px touch target
  • ✓ PASS Escape key closes mobile menu (keyboard trap prevention)
  • ✓ PASS Page titles are descriptive and unique per page
  • ✓ PASS Navigation links have descriptive text

Understandable

  • ✓ PASS Form inputs have associated labels
  • ✓ PASS Form errors are clearly identified with aria-live announcements

Robust

  • ✓ PASS Valid HTML5 with proper semantic structure
  • ✓ PASS ARIA roles and landmarks used correctly (main, nav, footer, contentinfo)

  • ✓ PASS Breadcrumb navigation uses nav landmark with aria-label
  • ✓ PASS Scroll progress bar uses progressbar role with aria-valuenow
  • ✓ PASS aria-current="page" on active navigation links
  • ✓ PASS Cookie consent dialog uses role="dialog" and aria-live="polite"

Known exceptions

We are transparent about areas still in remediation toward full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance:

  • Third-party embeds (e.g., the bot-protection widget and checkout flows) are governed by their vendors' accessibility posture, which we monitor but do not directly control.
  • Decorative brand accents and low-emphasis micro-labels are being audited and adjusted on a rolling basis to meet contrast minimums at every size.
  • Some longer-form legal and reference pages are undergoing a heading- and reading-order review.
