About the Series

The intelligence gap
in executive IT
ends here.

Our Story

Written by operators.
Built for leaders.

ITOps Intelligence™ was founded on a simple observation: the market is flooded with IT guides written for engineers, architects, and practitioners — and almost nothing written for the executives who fund, govern, and ultimately own the outcome of IT operations.

The CTO who needs to defend a $4M infrastructure modernization budget to the board. The CISO who has to explain zero trust to a CFO who has never heard the term. The CIO who inherited a hybrid cloud environment that nobody designed on purpose. The CFO who is signing off on cloud spend without a framework for understanding whether it's justified.

These are the leaders ITOps Intelligence was built for. Not the engineers who build the systems — the leaders who govern them.

The gap in executive IT literature is not information — it's implementation. Most books tell you what AI-integrated IT operations is. We built ITOps Intelligence to tell you how to run it.

ITOps Intelligence™ — Series Vision

Every volume in the series is written with three commitments: it must be AI-native from the ground up (not retrofitted), it must be implementation-ready (not theoretical), and it must be written for the person making the call — not the person executing it.

The result is a four-volume series that functions as a complete executive operating framework for AI-integrated IT operations — covering on-premises infrastructure, cloud governance, financial operations, and cybersecurity, with compliance alignment baked into every chapter.

Series Mission

Three commitments
in every volume.

AI-native from page one

AI integration is not a chapter, a sidebar, or a vendor feature list. It is woven into every operational framework, every governance model, and every decision checklist throughout the series. Written for an AI-integrated world — not retrofitted from a pre-AI one.

Implementation-ready, not theoretical

Every framework comes with decision checkpoints, implementation checklists, board-ready summaries, and executive talking points. The test for every section: can a leader use this the week they finish reading it? If not, it doesn't belong in the series.

Compliance built in, not bolted on

Alignment with NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ITIL v4, and CIS Controls is embedded in every volume — not referenced in an appendix. Because compliance is an operational reality, not an afterthought.
